A traumatic brain injury didn’t just change my life—it rewired my understanding of progress. I learned that moving forward after a setback isn’t about grand gestures or sheer hustle. It’s about tiny, sustainable systems.

In my own rebuilding, I merged three core parts of who I’ve always been:

  • The Artist’s eye for vision and meaning.

  • The Strategist’s mind for structure and paths.

  • The Former Cop’s instinct for cutting through chaos to find what works.

Today, as the host of Elevate Today, I channel this blend into practical guidance. I share honest stories and strategic tools designed to turn overwhelm into calm, actionable next steps.
