Chris Thompkins helps high-capacity people build systems for growth when willpower isn’t enough.
A traumatic brain injury didn’t just change my life—it rewired my understanding of progress. I learned that moving forward after a setback is not about grand gestures or constant hustle. It is about tiny, sustainable systems that help you keep going.
In rebuilding my own life, I drew from three core parts of who I have always been:
